Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At CFAexam, we're committed to your satisfaction. All purchases include instant access to our premium study materials. If you're not satisfied after purchase, we offer refunds under the following terms.

Instant Access

All purchases include instant access to your selected study materials, practice exams, and online test engine. You can start studying immediately after payment.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
  • Cancelled subscriptions will not renew

Quarterly Subscriptions

  • Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of content has been accessed
  • After 14 days, you may cancel but no refund will be provided
  • Access continues until the end of your quarterly period

Annual Subscriptions

  • Eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase
  • Refund amount is calculated based on unused months remaining
  • After 30 days, you may cancel but no refund will be provided
  • Access continues until the end of your annual period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Request Refund" and complete the form
  4. Our team will process your request within 5 business days

Alternatively, email care@cfaexam.com with your account email and reason for the refund request.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity on the account
  • Abuse of our refund policy (multiple refund requests)

PassProtection™ Claims

PassProtection™ is a separate benefit that provides extended access, not a refund. Please see our PassProtection™ page for eligibility and claim details.
